PC xml editor?

Hi,
I am developing on a mac and use TextWrangler and dreamweaver for my XML coding. I am not familiar with any PC XML editors.

I want my client to be able to edit the xml files in the site.
Does anyone have a recommendation for a free or shareware xml editor with code highlighting for a PC user?
