Converting SWF to Quicktime.. need help!

Hi! I have this problem that i can't figure out. I have a short animation done in flash, and i want to export it as a Quicktime (DVCPro HD).

But each time i try to export it, my .mov is in really bad quality, why? I had that problem for a long time and i really want to be able to understand what i do wrong.

Video conversion is a complex thing, so try to use some straightforward tool to do this. You can try SWF4Tube Converter (http://bit.ly/GYyCY ), it can convert swf to mov and the resulting quality is OK.

Try changing the codec. I found that using the H.264 codec you can get a .mov that is identical in quality to the .swf, with a relatively low filesize. (a few dozen mb compared to a few hundred mb that you get with some)
