Trying to remove old posts being indexed by Google

I am trying to have the people at flashkit remove my old posts made 7-8-9 years ago, as they are being indexed by Google. However, i am not getting any response from the developers/owners/etc.

Could someone from FlashKit contact me

This is why you don't use your full legal name or the name of your company on the web unless you are completely prepared to accept full responsibility for your words and actions.

(That's why I never plug my own company here where I vent, let loose, debate, say silly things, and post while drunk.)

Even if FK were to remove your posts there would still be caches of them across the internet in various forms of one kind or another including archive.org.
Once something is posted on the internet it is, for all intensive purposes, permanent.

Google caches are not your friend. Better behavior and judgment is your friend.

The information Frets gave you is correct. As the acceptable use policy states, what is posted to the forum stays there unless it violates the forum rules in some way.

I predict that as the myspace/facebook generation gets older and enters their careers/become business owners there is going to be a massive increase in the number of legal name changes.

...never one to pass up an opportunity to profit from other people's misery, I think we should jump in on the groundfloor with an online interstate legal namechange concierge service.
I've been making lots of good contacts doing surgery/doctors' sites lately... perhaps we can offer a discount quickie facial reconstruction bundle to go with the namechange?
    Hmmmm.....

What happens when the name change is to that of a person or establishment that has a notorius history? Also if a business or high profile personality does change the name the reputation doesn't disappear.

It's pretty easy to find out who Richard Starky is today. And when news media do a story on Xe Servies they make reference to the companies previous name. Sort of like the artist formerly/currently known as prince.
