I'm looking for a freelancer who can help me develop the technical part of a flashsite that's showing 5 different movies under different tabs. The movies are renewed every week and are controlled by the php CMS system.

The system also controles the cuepoints in the FLV movie. When a ceupoint is reached a banner with 'advertisement' is shown on the right side of the movie (the flash holder). Each banner contains out of a logo, a link to a google map, or a simple preview of it, extra text, and a logo. All is edited and entered from the CMS system.

I will manage the project and design the project. What i need is an experienced flash programmer who can help me setup the technical part of the flash player / holder. And who can advise in setting up the php CMS system.
