    does Firefox skip when playing flash video for you?

    when watching flash video on any website does FF skip for you? is there a solution to this?

    i googled and found a coupla fixes that didnt really work. it's irritating, i'm about to scrap it and use another browser if there's no workaround.

    honestly I've never had that problem and I use it daily.

    really? are you on mac or pc? i notice it happens on my mac at home and at work

    seems to be a random issue with flash player 10

    It happens to me on my mac at work using Firefox...not on my pc at home though.

    This has never happened to me on any browser under any version of windows or linux.

    There was a news article on digg a few weeks ago about the future of the flash player,
    Most of the comments were from mac users complaining how slow youtube is.

    I believe this a mac only problem.

    Maybe apple can make an iphone plugin for safari so that users view the .mov url as opposed to the swf url on youtube.

    Might have to do with the lockdown mac has over its hardware access. DirectX is much more accessible.

    While we're on the topic, have you guys had any weird issues in Chrome (PC) with Flash? I've seen stuff on EnterFrame events go all haywire.
