    Exporting to Quicktime low quality results

    When I export my movies to Quicktime I get visual artifacts. Primarily moving objects leave ghost images behind.

    I'm on a Mac.

    What I really want to do is convert my movies to .wmv files, or finally to .flv.

    Any suggestions? I've searched all over for a utility or process.

    You may download this mac video converter for a try, I know it can convert WMV, MOV video to FLV, my friends recommend it to me, it's safe and works pretty well for me.
