    Download videos

Hi I have converted my avi files to flv which is in a swf on my website.

I have only uploaded the flv and swf files to the server so all the videos can play.

If i want my users to have the facility to download the clip which format is best for the user to have e.g swf, flv, avi ?

    Thanks in advance

By download do you mean simply download the entire file onto their hard-drive and then later they play it back or do you mean watch the video as it's downloading?
The .avi will be a HUGE file so unless you want the viewer to have a video file that could later be burned to DVD or something, you most likely would not use that format.
As for the .swf or .flv, only the .flv is the video file. The .swf is the player.
So if you want them to watch the video include the player. If you just want to share your video files, they would only need to download the actual video file, the .flv. Then the viewer would have to figure out a player on their own.
    Best wishes,
