Unhappy trouble embedding flv to play in timeline

hi i downloaded a video from youtube that i want to use as reference to draw from, and but it won't let me embed the flv as swf and play in timeline, saying that the clip "contains a supported video codec and an unsupported audio codec". i tried to convert it in adobe media encoder but it couldn't be imported into it either, even though the clip plays fine in adobe media player.

i urgently need it to work!! please i'd be really grateful if someone could help me with this.

If you are working with a .flv file, it is a containter type file which has a video file and an audio file inside of it. If all else fails you could open up the .flv container and separate the video file and the audio file and deal with each separately. Once the audio is separated use software like Audacity to convert the audio to mp3.
You will eventually have to put the audio and video back together again. You could embed the video in one layer and then match up the (converted) audio on another layer.
    link to FLV Extract here:
    Audacity here:
or Google for more information on both.
    Best wishes,
