Angry Flash doesn't work on some IE's

I'm having a problem, where random IE's are not able to display my .swf file. All the IE's are IE8 with the latest flash pluggins and all security's are set at Medium, however some IE's get just a grey box and other's get the full flash file. What's going on? It works fine in Safari and Firefox of course, but why so much difficulty with AS3 Flash9 in IE? Can anyone please check on this, here is a link to the site, and it's the big image changer at the bottom of the front page.

    Thanks

your file requires flash 9 in order for it to play. browsers like ie often don't tell you you need flash player 9 to see something. ie has any glitches, thats one of them. so i'd say its a problem with the flash player.

well thats your best bet anyway...

right, I get that it needs Flash 9, and we made sure all the browsers had Flash 9 and it works fine on some of them, with all the same updates and the same settings, and it's never had a problem with Firefox or Safari, but random ie's it just shows gray. I have a checker and it doesn't say to upgrade the flash player, it just doesn't show the pictures. Are there any other known issues with IE and Flash compatibility by chance?
