Does anyone know a hosting presentation site where
one can share a pdf similiar to slideshare, docstoc, scribd, dropio,...?

But much more restrictive and private!!!!
(maybe also epaper/flash book online share solutions)

Meaning options to set:
No showing all links on a click
No email, (embed) links buttons for a simple one-click to publish "Hello" in all communities around the world
No printing
No downloading
No copy&paste
With a password protection before one can watch the pdf presentation

Other words:
Simple a shared url, password protected where - the slide simple starts with NO options to download, print, copy, see all links and buttons for emailing, twittering, facebooking, ...or anything else.
