Simple Video Chat of 2 people

Hello.

I am really sorry if the question has been asked, I just didn't find it.
There are a lot of information how to capture/show onsite a web cam in flash.
Could you please give advise how to implement a video chat on site.
Can I do it in just Flex/Flash Pro or additional things needed?
An example or a piece of code would be a great asset.
