Positioning and resizing a .jpg

Hi,

This is probably a really basic question...

I'm using action script v2 to load a .jpg from a button.
I'm using the command 'loadMovieNum("photo.jpg",4)'

What script could I add in to resize the jpg to specific dimensions and position it at a particular x,y coordinate?

eg 270x220px at (x=119, y=20)
