Looking for a very specific program

Hello,

I have very specific needs for a program. If something exists that fits these categories (I haven't been able to find one) please let me know:
1) Free
2) Runs in a web browser / or at least compatible with PC and Mac
3) Used for drawing vector graphics and animations
4) Outputs to .swf flash files

I am trying to find such a program for my class. Right now we are using Powerbullet, which is a great program but PC-only. If there is something of similar quality that works in a browser or at least has a Mac equivalent, let me know. Thanks!

Hi there, the only one i remember now is coreldraw or freehand if you want to draw vectors, but they are not for free :-( .
But email me if u need the link and how to get this programs for free.
