    Automatic Sales Counter

    I have a seemingly simple task, but PHP/Javascript is new to me.

    The goal is to have a "locks sold" count increase by 1 every 10 seconds. And when 1 is added, an image (mc) of a key in a lock will rotate 360 degrees.

    So, the count will be shown in a dynamic text field in Flash that loads the count variable from a PHP file when a visitor loads the page. Then I can add 1 every 10 seconds to the dynamic text field (locks sold) within Flash. I'll have to start the count somewhere around 40,000.

    Does anyone know how to code the PHP file? I think I can load the count variable into the dynamic text field. It seems like every 10 seconds the PHP file would have to save itself as a new file...

    Well thanks in advace,

    Should I do something like this to load the file...

    loadVariablesNum ("PHPCounter.php?ran="+random(999), 0);
