Playing Flash exe on a second monitor

I've been asked by a client about playing a Flash .exe file from a hard drive so that it only plays on a second monitor. I'm thinking this is a system question, not a Flash player issue, but I thought I would ask here in case anyone has specific info on this sort of situation.

This should not be a problem.
Create the .exe as usual, being sure it fits on one of the monitors (as a "projector" file), then when you open the file, drag it over to the second (expanded) monitor.
It will play there while another program can play on the main monitor.
