    Question Moving lines

I'm trying to recreate a processing java file in flash, so it can be used as a website background. Only I have no idea how to get it done.

I need several lines, one side "anchored" to the right side of the screen. The lines then start randomly moving in waves. (as seaweed in the ocean). See attachments.

Does anybody know a way to do this?

That is a lot of tentacles! You could create vector lines, convert them to graphics and use a simple shape tween to do this; however for a random effect, you are probably going to using the bones tool and some complicated as3.

If you are new to flash, I would suggest learning about tweening your animations. It might not give you an exact reproduction but it may still be satisfactory.
