Making stickman help

I am awful at Flash, but have the new ver. Flash CS5. I use to be able to make a stickman.

Turn Onion Skin on
Draw stickman
F7
Draw his next movement
F7

Could someone help me with that in Flash 5? I turned on onionskin and it doesn't show. F7 is no longer available.

Please advise.

You can move between frames by pressing the ',' (comma) and '.' (period) keys. With onion skinning turned on, go to the next frame and you should see the first frame faded out, allowing you to draw over it.

Is that what you meant?

Should I be using F6 or F7 to insert frames/keyframes? I don't think F7 worked. And I think there were two choices for onion skins (sorry, not in front of this computer).

F5 inserts a new frame, I think you have to manually set up a hotkey for keyframes. I just right-click>add keyframe personally.
