    Flash Based Image Interactive Menu

Okay, so title sounds a bit weird. Basically I wouldn't consider myself a complete Newbie to Flash having made a flash website last year.. But working on this project I'm completely stumped....

Our Logo is a camera lens, and basically want the menu instead of a tabbed bar along the top wanted the lens in the middle and have people click on the lens and as they click click it spins round and in the middle a word comes into focus, and that is then the link they can click on.. if that makes sense?

I think it is probably a case of me being an idiot and not working it out. But I have attached the flash files..
    and some screen shots.
