Having a problem with shape overlapping...?

I am having a problem with Shape Overlapping, I am not sure if thats what it is called, but thats what I am going to call it.

When 2 Shapes hit eachother, the part that hit eachother will turn Transparent, look in the example (in the attatchment) I made and you will see what I am talking about.

How do I make it so they wont turn transparent? I hate it.

Edit: Website to see the example: http://hereitis.6te.net/

Unable to open the FLA file here (only have CS3 here), but are you sure the alpha settings are not below 1 (or 100 depending on your AS version). Usually the problem is you CAN'T see anything behind it.
Some people are like Slinkies, not really good for anything, but they bring a smile to your face when pushed down the stairs.

Here, I put it on the internet, so no need to download.

See how when the 2 black circles hit eachother, the part touching eachother turns transparent.

That is strange. I tried to replicate it but couldn't are you two shapes library symbols or are you using shape tweening. Actually I built it animating with both motion and shape tween and could not duplicate the same problem you are having.

Can you give me more specifics about the individual objects?

This is exacly what I did:

Went and created a new Actionscript 3 project.
I drew 2 circles with the tool that draws circles :P
Then I went to frame 50, pressed F6 to add a frame.
Then I deleted both of the circles and put another circle right in the middle of them.
After that I just did a Shape Tween and thats what you see in the example.
    I did nothing else.
