Greetings!

Can someone tell me how to send out an Ecard (SWF or animated GIF). I have the animated piece but don't know how to send this out as a Ecard.

I have the whole Creative Suite, using Entourage and on a MAC but this will be for my friend who is PC.

Please help. I went through the blog but still don't understand. I don't know much programming. I am a designer/hack with programming.
