Newbie Alert:) Please help

Hello everyone!

I'm a new member of this forum as I've just started learning flash. In my search for some flash tutorials I've discovered this forum and I was wondering whether you can give some advice on how to learn flash step by step...how did you start learning flash? I've started a course on web design, but it does not help me very much as they only show me a couple of things, just a couple of tricks. does any of you have some courses or can tell me where i can find some tutorials that can show me everything, step by step?

Republic of Code has plenty of good tutorials, as does Lee Brimlows site GoToAndLearn.
