Flash & 3D (Question)

How can I import a 3D model like this one:

to flash and work with it

Do I have to render it as a video and then import it ?

Or I can import it as a 3d object and work with it in flash ... If I can ... it will be better

No, with Flash alone you can not import 3d models. That link is likely video clips.

If you're looking to work with 3D in Flash, you might look into Papervision 3D.
