replay button help

I am new to using flash and am working on small flash movie for a class assignment. I had to add a replay button at the end of my movie which I did according to my text and other tutorials I have read unfortunately my replay button is not working. Could someone look at my file and advise me as to what I am doing wrong? Just realized I cannot upload my file as it is too large so if someone is willing to help me I can email them my file. I would greatly appreciate it.

Suggestion: Make a new small file that represents your problem and post the fla here.

Ok I just redid scene 3 only to make it smaller I am baffled I just don't understand what I am doing wrong. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

1) The button is made up of other buttons, redo it so that the background is just graphics and not buttons.
2) The code being used needs to be on the button, not on the main timeline.
