    good image download sites

    Hi all,

My concern is trying to get a membership of image download sites...like photos.com, gettyimages, corbis etc...

I would be grateful if you could give a list of some similar sites that you have come across or you use.

    thanks in advance

Never found anything better than http://www.sxc.hu/ because the images are pretty good and they’re free. Like, actually free.

I'm a huge fan of www.123rf.com (and www.inmagine.com), as I thought they are the ones who originally came up with the as low as $1/credit image downloads. Their image database is quite robust and if you're thinking of web usage, they have a constant gallery of time-limited free image galleries as well!

Check those usage rights three then four times. SXC went thru major changes when Getty bought them.

As Gerbs would put it, 'fixed'.
