Fluid layout not filling screen correctly

I have found a great resource for a fluid flash layout but there is one glitch with the site in that when it loads the content is all pushed up into the top left hand corner, if you then click rescale the browser it then fills the screen correctly but not initially. Would anyone have any idea of why this occurs?
