flv videos won't load

I'm having an extremely frustrating time trying to get a number of videos to load on a page. I'm dropping flv's that I've created into flash, then I add a skin and set the video to not autoplay. Then I just set each swf & html file to publish into the same folder as it's matching flv and publish. The videos load and play just fine but when I upload them to the server the skin shows up but the video dosn't load.

Even more maddening is that I was able to get one of the video's to load and play just fine, but I have no idea how or why it does. Everything I've seen online related to this issue talks about adding flv Mime permissions to the server, but as one of the videos plays, I'm not sure that this is the issue.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
