    HTML Redirect To A Frame In Flash?

    I am using a simple redirect on an HTML page:
    <meta http-equiv="REFRESH" content="0;url=http://www.page.com">

    but would love to redirect to a specific frame in one of my flash movies. Can this be done HTML or Java only? If I have to tag that frame somehow in Flash, how does that work? Coming form the animation side but I can code a little.

    Thanks for the help.

    As long as it was relatively simple, sure. I could use that instead of regular HTML.

    Thank you in advance.
