Replicate this effect

Hi, I am looking for an action-script developer to help me replicate the background effects on this webpage: http://fa-d.com/index.html

I would like there to be 5-10 different images rotating and fading in. Also i would like to know how to overlay a patten on top of the background.

And finally i would like to replicate the resizing of the background when the window resizes.

Please let me know if you feel you can achieve this and what if any more information you would need from me.
