    as3 Input Textfield question

I working on a game There are 2 input textfields for the players to sign in.When the scene opens in the flash player and you click on either of these fields there is no blinking I bar or anything else to indicate that these are text fields. You can type in them and the text appears,What is it I need to do to have these textfields indicate their presence.

Please send the FLA file, so that I may see what you're doing wrong. The cursor pointer, or the blinking I bar should appear whenever they're selected. Check if you're not tint coloring the textfields through actionscript or something similar!

Have you tried setting the focus on the input text field?

Which reminds me, I think I had a similar problem, when I tried making the textfield auto-selected - don't remember what I did, though :P

Will have to see the FLA
