keep that site....I was also thinking of making a section of peoples sites, not ones that you've seen, but one's the are your own!
I'll put it up in the cool sites forum, and you and all the members here can your sites up, and I'll select a panel and they'll review them.

I'll delegate 100 sites to each person that wants to help. I've got a list of a couple of people that want to help, around 5 or 6 people so that way we can spread the work load around

anyway, if you would like your site(s) to be deemed 'cool', then you can post them in a thread that I set up. I know heaps of people would like their own sites to be included in some sort of a list of cool sites, so on the site that I'm/we're making, I'll have a section where you can submit your own sites, and if they're good enough, we'll include them in the list

anyway, the link is on my footer.

nah that's what I was thinking about too! I've just sent you an email through the FK system, so you'll get it any moment now.
About the name, I'm not sure! I dunno whether it should inlcude the word COOL or BEST, I'm not really that fond of telling ppl to go to like thebestflashsites etc....!
I don't think I could afford a .com also, so it'll be some free domain thing

But I want a really good server that whenever someone submits a site, that it can automatically redirect to my email or to a whole panel! The panel would be like you and a couple of others! They'd review the sites that get submitted. I'm not really that too crash hot with any sort of scripting, but I can create/design HTML pages. So I'm not sure what good free servers there are that can allow some kind of scripting/databases such as PHP/ASP/CGI/ and the like.
so if you know of anyone, or if you know it, then you could email.

Here's a suggestion that may help out. A good webhoster can be found in hostrocket.com. Server is up 99.9% of the time. We've seen and been through a lot of hosting companies. Hostrocket's server has been handling the load from our site with 7,500 hits since we signed up with them back in November. Their control panel is killer -a true control panel with lots of control over your account. They also support PHP ASP CGI and pretty much everthing else under the sun for $9.95 a month. The email options are rich and plentiful. You'll have to get your own .com however. But why not pay for one year which is only $40 bucks. Or try to find a cheap domain registrar. We deal with Hostrocket.com and it's been a pleasant experience. We also refer all our clients to this webhoster. They are the only webhosting company I've seen that have boards like this one, where people can post their oppinions on the service. They also offer live chat support. Ohh and by the way, we are not getting jack squat for the referral even though they do have a referral program. Just try them out, you don't have to even mention my name or Logofex.com.....Heck - we were referred to them back in November by someone else. We've gotten a lot of love from Flashkit and the Flashkit community so that's why we felt obliged to help out in this way. Consider Hostrocket.com as a cost effective host solution. Their site might suck, but the service behind it is excellent!

HI maxam, thanks for your advice. I would get a .com, not that they're expensive or anything, heck I can get a yeare for only $15! But the thing is that I don't even have a credit card, and I don't even have a job! I'm still at highschool and only 17. I'm pretty sure my parents wouldn't approve of it just yet anyway.
But for future reference, I'll keep hostrocket.com in mind.

Sorry guys...I feel that I've let you all down..and I know i have

sorry peeps. I've just got a heap of things to do right now and probably until the end of the year, so this is kinda on hold, unfortunately. As some of you may have noticed, I haven't been on for the past two days or so, and that's due to cutting down on a lot of things and spending more time doing work etc.

If any of the team members wants to 'take over' , then by all means feel free to do so, but just consult me first.

what do you guys think about http://www.f2s.com for a free host....

it offers 20mb.... that will not be enough right?? but there is no banners or anything and it is fast

just wondering... if we keep the images on a server that has lots of space but keep the database on f2s.com will that work... if the answer is yes there are many places where you could get huge space for free....

it would be something like...

http://www.coolsites.f2s.com which is doable right????
