How to have a SWF - Video type player?

I have a swf file created in adobe captivate - its a software demonstration. I need to have it in our website. I need to know how to have it wrapped in a video style player - is there any 3rd party control that does it - something like the image below:



I tried using JWPlayer - the problem I face is when i pause the file, it doesn't pause, it just keeps on playing.

Please help.

If you have the knowledge in ActionScript 2 or 3 you can make it yourself.
