A a wooden doll, help please...

I was watching a Flash video, and they use like a "wooden doll", to make humans to move in different positions; sometime ago a used one to draw, one art school gave it to me, with that doll i could move for example the arm, and then I draw that position, later i moved the head and draw that position, I hope I explained well, I am sure it is on Flash but I don't know how to find it. This works just as a model to draw in different positions.

I don't think that's possible in Flash, maybe you're referring to the Bone Tool. Nonetheless, the program in which you can do this, is called Pivot

Bone is different, with bone you already have the elements drawn, just bone helps to move them.
What I say I think is in CS5 or Cs5.5. It is like a robot, has head, connected to the body, and arms connected to the body, and the legs connected to the body.Then you just add the elements of the face for ex. put some dress, and you have your draw as you like, after that you can apply bone to make it move.
