Website Check (background only showing for some)

Hey all,

We are running some user tests on the website below and have heard that there are some who can only see the background image of the site and nothing else. I'm wondering whether the flash has something to do with the rest of the site not loading. Any feedback or insights would be appreciated.

Do you have any other information to share like browser, version, usertype, reason the user gave you, is it a legit programmer that you are using.

What is the programming language used for the site?
