    help getting file on TV

Help, I have been stuck in this problem for some time....
I am new to flash, version SC5.5.
I have a slideshow with animation that needs to play on a TV screen.
I export it as an AVI and I have gone from my PC to a disc to a MAC to a TV screen, and the quality looks fine.
My problem comes when I try to upload the file to my clien't FTP site, not sure if I get timed out or not. I was able to zip the file and this as his response:

We were not able to play this latest file. I suspect it is because
the bit rate is too high. It is over 640 MB for just 30 seconds,
which is huge for that amount of play time. Is it possible you could
recode it at a lower bit rate?

As a swf file it shows as 22.7MB. I have no idea about codes...is there anyone who could help me?

Use a screen recorder to record the SWF, or SWF to Video Converter, and you'll get higher quality and lower filesize - do not do it within Flash, which I suspect you did!
    I am back, guys ... and finally 18 :P

BRING BACK THE OLD DESIGN!! OR AT LEAST FIX THE AS TAGS
