If I create a movie or website with sounds or resources from flash kit can I still sell the finished product??

There is no one size fits all in that department. The provisions are listed on the download page for the sound. Some are freeware, some are shareware and some are creative commons licenses which can have various usage requirements.

Best to read the usage agreement for the sound in question before making the decision.
