    Retro 3D alpha

    Hello everyone.

Flash 11 is out but I'm not into it yet so just playing around with old polygon techniques. I can't remember how many times I thought, oh I want to do a 3D engine but probably get tired of it or realise its too slow or complex. Anyway solid polygons works quite fast.

Outlines, basic lighting and clipping works. What do you think?

    Kind regards

    It's under development...

    Added more natural sketchy feeling.

Drag with mouse to look around the object and use mouse-wheel to check the far/near-clipping.

I still have the classic average-z-fighting problem of polygons. Isn't there any acceptable solution to check if polygon A is front of polygon B with intersecting planes or something?

This is sweet! Do you plan on making any games with this technique?

Pretty cool. Need to do something about the "sketchy feeling" though. At this point it's too obvious it's overlaid. If you could wrap it around the ring as a mesh, that would be amazing.
