    resolved [RESOLVED] Whats going on with framesets??...

    Whats the go.... testing local on pc they work great... upload and the links open in a new tabs on all browsers??..... have things changed so much?...

    If so, then is there a new way I should be learning/thinking to keep a fixed nav around while switching threw pages.. was hoping to keep nav in pg 1 and display content in pg 2...
