    empty movie clip white dot show up in render

    I am trying to export a movie as png sequence and there are a bunch of white dots showing there are empty movie clips in the stage ((this was because of some problem when importing a file from illustrator))
    When I try exporting the movie as png these handles show up in the render.. how can I fix that? deleting each circle manually is not an option because there are so many of them
