Coloring "book"

Hi,

I am planning to build a colouring system, something in the same line as this:

I am a bit rusty, have not used Flash for about 1 year :/. But I have (or had) decent knowledge of AS3 and XML. I am also thinking of upgrading to CS6.

Anyone can point me to a good tutorial?

I would be hard pressed to find a tutorial that specific, I think you may find seperate tutorials that could show you each of the effects.
