I want to create a flash header/banner, similar to the one used here
How to create it? and using which s/w I can create it? [Please tell the names of software used to create flash.]

Flash Player is created by Adobe, so it'd be only natural for them to have their own software to make flash files. The program is called Adobe Flash, and it's really easy to create those tween animations
