Flash 5 - Vertical scroller with thumbnails

Hi,

I've been searching the web for hours for a tutorial of how to create a vertical menu bar with scrolling thumbnails-- when a thumbnail hits the middle of the bar, it magnifies/increases in size.

Can anyone point in the direction of a specific tutorial/tutorials which could help me with this?

I can provide my flash file if that would be helpful.
