How to draw ellipses in perspective?

I use Flash CS4 to draw my webcomic see, and I've been using it for years but don't see how to draw ellipses properly yet. I know how to make one by hand though but it's difficult in Flash because I just don't know how to yet. Unless it's the pen tool or something. Can anyone help please? Here's how I set it up but don't really know how to go about it. ellipse.png

I dont know if you are familiar with the 3D rotation tool but this may help:

I tried it, but no dice. I want to draw it with an actual tool. I thought I found how to draw it using the pen tool but it's obviously wrong. Looks like I'll have to draw them by hand then... not looking forward to that. Gotta get to practice then.
