built in screen shot system?

Iv'e seen this but no idea how to make it, lets say my flash has a screen shot button that does some sort of redraw data or something and sends it to imgur.com to be made as a png and an output on the flash shows the link to the png it just made. Sounds simple yet complicated..

of course you will need to know a little php/flash

biggest problem would be your isp using this version of php, as most don't use the latest.
