Well thanks for trying......... I guess

Ok, well I guess I will wait a day or so to see if anyone else in this forum can give me some advice, then I guess I will start over. I do not see what is so confusing about the slide presentation? It nicely breaks down each slide, and I can't believe that music cannot be controlled in this environment?

Thank you for trying, it is much appreciated. Now I am on the hunt again..........

Can you please elaborate on your comment, what is Alloy fix? A site? A person? If you can shed any light on my problem here that would be fantastic. Otherwise I have to start over and have limited time.

    Hi,

I wish I could help you too, but I use CS6 and unable to open the CS4 file you provided, as said before, there is enough code in this thread for you to be able to make the sound work as and how you require.

But good luck on your quest

    I am not a dude!

First of all I AM A WOMAN NOT A BRO OR A DUDE lol,
secondly, I am going to take your advice and just start over as it seems like this is going to be a pain in the butt to do.

So with that said, you are suggesting that I take each slide and convert to a movieclip, then take those movie clips and paste them into 20 different frames which then I could name and then the stop and play commands already given will work, am I understanding you both correctly?

As I stated earlier, this is pro bono, trying to help out a non-profit. I feel like I am helping but not very helpful and it is extremely frustrating.

Thank you again from a lovely LADY!

Oh, sorry I call everyone dude anyways, just a habit lol. If you do the 20 different frames thing, my easiest method for you is what I stated yesterday use the code: stopAllSounds(); on the frames you don't want sound on.
