We are seeking a flash programmer asap.

Problem:

Our flash videos are not seekable (cant seek forward or back while playing) .

We run a number of high trafficked sites with many streaming videos. We need someone to examine our
set up for playing flash files to make them seekable. Should be familiar with server side processes as well.
