Help making banner under 40kb

Hi there I hope someone can help! I have to create a flash banner under 40kb for a client and am rearing my hair out trying to get the file size down...at the moment it's 90kb. It's 2fps, has 3 png images in and the rest of the artwork is vector from illustrator, no fonts. Very simple tweening from left to right/up down and I'm not sure what else to do. Help would be much appreciated!!! I've spent two days trying to figure it out.

Maybe attach your fla or link to it. i imagine you might need to change the quality inside the library of the png's by changing them to jpg and using a low custom quality, will lose quality overall though
