Roulette / Wheel Of Fortune Game Required

Hi guys..

Would any one be able to make a small and simple roulette type spinning wheel game?

• The wheel should start static, pick up speed and then slow down coming to a complete stop
• Each slice of the wheel will be either red or black with no numbers
• There should be buttons which allow me to choose which colour it will land on
• There should also be a text input field where I can input text, press submit, and this text will display in front of the wheel
