Question what's the fair price to offer for simple escape game?

I've read about few 'escape games building' tools, never tried one.
Instead of making new game I thought I cold simply buy one, and put my logo on it.
I see that tens of new escape games are being made every day, where new ones literally clutter the previous ones, .. my question is, what would be according to your opinion a fair price to offer to a developer. is 100 too low? Just to avoid any misunderstandings, I am talking about simple games as you can see on coolescapegames (that's the site where I would like to publish new ones)

That depends on the skill of a developer that you are going to hire to do your work. If it's a hourly basis, he will mostly charge $40 to $50 per hour or sometimes $10 to $30. You have to talk to your developer about the salary negotiation.
