    sandbox security violation

    Error #2044: Unhandled securityError:. text=Error #2048: Security sandbox violation

    i am geting this error when i try to get data from a php file on my website on webatu.com
    but i get it only when i run the swf!
    When i use the test movie option in flash cs6 it works just fine!
    please help.

    Hi,

    All searches made point to crossdomain.xml, I'm sure you found these too.
    Do you mean run the swf as a standalone or inside a browser/html page.

    Hey. Yes i found those too but it dosen't help. When i run my .swf file as a local file or on the page the error fires. I even put it on the same domain and it fires. it dosen't fire only when i go ctrl+enter in my flash cs6. then it works fine comunicates with the database and so on.

    Hi,

    Are you running a local server, IIS, WAMP, XAMP?
    Have you allowed network access in your html code and flash publish settings?

    no the server is online i tried that is in publish setings?

    i cant believe dude i tried it before and i tried it again and it worked. I enabled the use network in publish settings and created the crossdomain.xml and it connected. Thank you for your time dude.
