Banner-text small in export and white borders show

Hi, I created a banner using KoolMoves but when I export it or preview it, it show with a massive white boarder around it. How do I get rid of the white boarder? Also, I noticed that although my master file has the text filling the banner, when I view the animation in preview, the text does not fill the banner but in stead is smaller within the animated version. Why does this happen and how can I get the preview and exported version to look the same as my original file? thanks.

Are you exporting as Flash or Html5? What is the width/height of the movie (Movie > Movie Width/Height)? What font are you using for the text?
